The next Green Party of Sonoma County Business Meeting will take place on Monday, March 19 at 7 PM at The Share Exchange in Santa Rosa.

The GPSC thanks the Share Exchange for providing conveniently located space for our meetings. The Share Exchange "encourages lonely consultants or entrepreneurs to join the Share Exchange as members."

MAY 1ST COALITION MEETING ON 3/4 [top]

On Sunday, March 4 at 3 PM, there will be a May 1st Coalition meeting to plan the Annual May 1st International Workers Day march and rally. The meeting will be held at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation (Glaser Center), 547 Mendocino Ave, Santa Rosa. Sonoma County's Mayday event will coincide with National and International Actions.

Since 2006 when 10,000 people marched in Santa Rosa on May 1st, the Committee for Immigrant Rights Sonoma County (CIRSC) has brought together a coalition of organizations -- unions, environmentalists, faith groups, students and immigrants to demonstrate solidarity as working men and women

The message of the May 1st Coalition: "Let's work together and bring to the table the issues that need to be addressed in order to change the system to one that cares for all people, not for profit for a few."
