War for oil in the Middle East; Environmental disturbances on a global scale; The rich receive tax cuts while the Bill of Rights and services for the poor are gutted.
We recognize that the Bohemians have full control of the reigns of power and wealth and they are using those reigns to steer a course toward destruction.

Getting there
By Car from the south:
101 North through Santa Rosa, exit west on River Road, Russian River Resorts and follow it through Guerneville to Monte RioAlternate Car route: Traffic around Guerneville can be intense any summer week-end, so an alternative route would be to take Washington Blvd. Exit at Petaluma to Bodega Highway. Go through Valley Ford and follow the signs to Monte Rio through Freestone and Occidental, along the Bohemian Highway
Bus from San Francisco- Golden Gate Transit #80 to Santa Rosa Transit Mall and transfer to #20 Sonoma Transit bus to Monte Rio. Leave SF at 7:40 A.M. gets to Monte Rio at Noon, Leaving San Francisco at 11:30 A.M. will get to Monte Rio at 4:30.

Most of the campgrounds do not take reservations, and are on a first come, first served basis. We will attempt to have some rudimentary accommodations (bring sleeping bag and soft pad) and some home stays available.
